COSI
In December, COSI on Wheels came to East Elementary to help us
LAUNCH INTO SPACE!

We learned about how the heat- shield tiles on the outside of the space shuttle protect it during re-entry.

We were able to do different experiments that helped us
understand what astronauts do and experience in space.

A Magdeburg Sphere helped us understand more about how strong vacuums can be!
