CELINA CITY SCHOOLS RECORDS COMMISSION
April 26, 2007
The annual meeting of the Celina City Schools Records Commission was held on April 26, 2007 at 12 noon in the conference room of the Education Complex. Mrs. Hoyng called the meeting to order. Mrs. Hoyng and Mr. Marbaugh answered the roll call and Mr. Miller arrived late.
The commission reviewed its responsibilities.
Mr. Marbaugh presented proposed changes to retention schedule which hopefully will address the accumulation of paper records in the area of payroll and financial reports which are now available on computer media.
Mrs. Hoyng moved the approval and Mr. Marbaugh seconded the motion.
Voice Vote: All Aye. Approved.
With no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:19 p.m.
