Would I Like Cross Country? |

You would like Cross Country if you like to….run,
talk with friends, laugh, drink Gatorade, have cool locker signs, or want to
loose weight or get in shape! |

Is Cross Country Fun? |

|
Yes, because you get to hang out with friends and have
fun bus trips to away meets. Being on
the cross country team is like having a second family. |

|
Where And How Far Do We Run Each Day? |
|||||
|
During a Cross Country practice you run anywhere
from 3-9 miles a day. There are also days
when you get to go swimming in a local pond or pool after you run. You run all over, from the lighthouse, West
View park, dog park by the lake, or even half-way to Coldwater. |
