Are you planning to enroll a child in Celina City Schools?

There are several forms that should be completed by the parent or caretaker.  These forms may be downloaded from this web site and are also available at each school

• Student Registration Form
• Emergency Medical Authorization
• Records Release Form
• Student Acceptable Use Policy for All Internet and Computer/Technology Use

Also, please bring the following documentation to the school at the time of registration.  It will be copied for the student's file and the originals returned to you.

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records
• Any child custody records, if applicable

The record of immunization must be on file with the school before the first day of class, or, by law, the child must be sent home.
