The music classes are designed to meet the academic content standards for the Ohio Department of Education.
The core experiences your child will receive are:
*Singing a varied repertoire of music, including folk songs, patriotic songs, and songs from around the world.
*Performing on Orff instruments and other classroom rhythm instruments.
*Learn to read and write music on a basic level.
*Study music as it relates to world cultures.
*Relating music to other arts and subjects
*Learn music terms and use them to evaluate music selections.
