This program was created as a liaison between Celina Intermediate elementary and Foundations Mental Health Services.  This program allows the school counselor to make a direct referral on behalf of the families with their permission.  The Foundations Intake worker then will contact parent and complete the intake at the school setting so that the student can receive the direct services within the school setting.  Based on assessment, a variety of resources and referrals can be made on behalf of the family.
